Coconut Flour Pancakes with Olives
COCONUT FLOUR PANCAKES Ingredients
  • 1 medium egg
  • 2 oz cream cheese or grated cheddar or other cheese
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
Instructions
  1. Beat egg until fluffy.
  2. Gently stir in the cream cheese /grated cheese and coconut flour.
  3. Heat grass fed butter /coconut oil in skillet and add spoonful of batter.
  4. Cook each pancake for 2 minutes per side.
  5. Serve warm with a dollop of butter or cream and blueberries or blackberries on top butter on top or spread some papaya chia jam.
